A general purpose geek with an affinity for gadgets. Spent 20 years working in the trenches as a PC repair technician and salesman. Decided recently I'd rather work in health care and enrolled at college to become a Medical Lab Tech and diagnose people's illnesses instead of computers. Ever since I returned PCs and electronics to hobby status my joy returned; if occasionally blunted by the silly actions of the industry itself.
